Progressive Mariposa/Yosemite Area Indivisible is an Indivisible group covering Mariposa and eastern Madera Counties and the Yosemite area in general. It is based in Mariposa County, California.

The group is meant to be open and inclusive to all individuals and groups regardless of geographic location or even of political party or ideation.

Members seek to use verifiable information to hold power holders at all levels accountable and to educate and coordinate members and others with timely, non-violent, and appropriate calls-to-action on various issues and policies.

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
